Logo Design Process

Step One: Sumbit Your Order

Select a logo design package

You may sumbit an order either use our Shopping Cart or via E-mail and we will confirm your order, payments and etc.

Step Two: Sumbit a Creative brief via E-mail

You will providing further information that we need before the design process starts.

* Your bussiness name, and background
* The target audience
* Objectives
* The Message
* Current logo image, if any (What you like and dislike about it.)
* Color theme to be used if any
* Image: The ideas for images, or feel that you are after.
* Text to be used: English, Chinese or Japanese or Korean words to be used if any

Step Three: View Initial Concepts

You will be provide with initial concepts based on the package that you ordered.

Step Four: Sumbit Your Comments for Revision

You will provided us your feedback on the concepts that we provided. You will choose one of the concepts for further revisions.

Step Four: View Revision

We make revisions based on your feedback. You are always part of the design process. The number of revisions will based on the package that you ordered. Additional revisions, addtional fee will apply.

Step Five: Finalized Logo

As soon as your logo design is finalized, we will upload the files online for you to download. You will also receive a CD that contains different professional file formats in the mail.

Logo Design Process Time

The logo design time process varies, which ranges from 1 week to 3 weeks. Our design process may take a bit longer due to most of our designs are complex graphic logos unlike other logo designs that are font/text based. However, the following are things that you could do to speed up the process.

* Provide us a creative brief with as much detail as possible.
* Provide us as much detailed information of what you like and dislike in the concepts for the revision process, so that we could do our best to get the design done in the direction of your liking.
*Have a clear vision of the design that you would like to see. If you are indecisive, the process would probably take longer due to we may be trying out several directions until we finally find one that you like.  

Rush order avilible with addtional process fee

The Ownership of the Logo Design

Once the logo design project is completed, you own the copyright of the selected finalized logo. As all our logos are custom designed, we will not re-use any of the graphic elements that are used in your logo for other clients. However, for other initial logo designs that you did not choose to use, Asian Martial Arts Design will still hold the rights of those design elements.
