  • How long does an order take?
    Processing time depends on the item—some are faster than others. All products are made to order and take 1–4 weeks. Rush orders available for an extra fee. If you have a deadline to meet, you may e-mail us info@asianmartialartsdesign.com
  • Best way to send over my logo/files reference?
    You may email us with your project details to: info@AsianMartialArtsDesign.com
  • Can I draft/preview before buying?
    No. Since each certificate is fully customized, we’re only able to provide a layout proof after the order is placed. It involves both our translators and design team, so thanks for understanding!
  • What are the steps in the certificate process?
    1. Email us your certificate text/logo and specify how you'd like it arranged. 2. Submit your order/payment. 3. We’ll prepare the layout proof and email it to you for approval. 4. If needed, we’ll revise the draft based on your feedback. 5. Once approved, we send the certificates for printing. 6. Certificates are typically shipped within a couple of weeks after approval.
  • How long does it take to process custom certificates?
    For your first order or a new layout, custom certificates usually take about 3–4 weeks, depending on how many drafts we go through together. We won’t print anything until you give the final thumbs up! * Return clients: 2–3 week lead time for repeat designs. Rush available (fee applies).
  • What languages can the certificate text be translated into?
    We offer Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Hebrew and English certificates. You can also provide text in other languages, and we’ll print it for you.
  • Can I buy a single certificate (or any quantity)?
    It depends on the size and style of the certificates. Please check each category for details, as some may have a minimum order requirement.
  • What are 75% and 100% embroidery?
    The percentage refers to stitch coverage on the patch. 75% means embroidery on twill backing (e.g., black twill), while 100% means full embroidery with no visible twill. More coverage takes longer to sew and uses more thread, increasing the price.
  • How long does it take to receive my patches?
    Custom patches typically take 3–4 weeks, depending on proof approval and changes. *Proof sample emailed 5-7 business days after payment.
  • Will you send a proof before sending my patches?
    Yes, after we receive your order payment, we'll email an image of the embroidered patch for approval. You will have a chance to make sure everything look ok. If you want a completely new design, an additional graphic fee will apply.
  • What is the processing time for custom seals?
    From seal proof setup, carving and receiving the package. We suggest our clients to allow around 4-5 weeks to have the seals in hand. They are custom carved from our oversea carvers. * If you're on a time crunch, consider our rubber stamps. Made in the USA for faster delivery, if you live in USA. Lead-time for rubber stamps is around 2 weeks.
  • Do I get to see a seal preview?
    Since it's a custom order, layout proofs are provided after payment is received.
  • Can I use my own seal text or seal image?
    Yes. You may. Please email us your text or graphics (black/white line art) in high resolution file at info@AsianMartialArtsDesign.com (Addition graphic fee will required if we need to clean or edit your file.)
  • Can I get the seal image as digital file?
    Yes, pricing depends on whether it's an add-on to your seals or a digital-only order. Prices typically range from $25 to $95. Let us know your preference.
