USA Domestic Shipping Policy
Due to the nature of custom-made orders, production will begin only after the client has given final approval on the design layouts. As such, please allow approximately 3 weeks for lead time.
The proofing process time also depends on the duration required for layout approval and feedback between us.
A Rush Order option is available, with a 2-week processing time (within the USA only) and an additional fee ranging from $59 to $150 USD, depending on your location, timeframe, and package weight.

We generally advise clients outside of the USA to plan their award ceremony a couple of months in advance. Please allow at least 5 weeks for order delivery, as the customs process in your country may also impact the timeline.
