With this text format, you will provided us the following:

Up to 60 English words count.
Dan certificate #, student's name, school name, instructor name and a short awarding text. 
For example:
"This is to certify that the above named person has completed the requirements of the Jackson's Karate Academy and is hereby awarded the grade of Shodan."

Once the order is received, we will first provide text layout proof before brushing production. This ensures our clients have a chance to double check everything. We will only put products in production after clients' final approval.
